Today's multi-faceted haul

had to go to the doctor today (I really hate that guy), so I thought I would turn it into an adventure afterwords.

At the local comic shop, I grabbed the last issue of Spawn Simony, Iron Fist #3, and a few of the remaining issues that I am missing from the collection. Almost there!

Then off to SunCoast. I was hoping they had a bride for monkeyboy, but unfortunately not, but I did pick up (since I had a triple points coupon) a reduced Spawn S25 StDA Deluxe set for $12.49, I hadn't realized I never replaces the movies "Mummy" and "Mummy Returns" from when I gave the FF versions to my brother, so I grabbed the collection in WS, and picked up "Dinosaur Planet" to go with the other BBC/Discovery shows that I have of the same manner.

I also received a package that contained some Daredevil and X-Man promo collector cards. Nice set - I think I will have to scan them in!

Sculpey - For Simony, the only thing I have had a chance to see is the cover. I picked it up and packed it in a bag. I'll check it out tonight when I get home. As for the bride for monkeyboy, all I can say is - He ASKED me to look for him! honest! [img]wink.gif[/img]

I just picked up Simony today. The artwork in there is amazing, everything is so dark and evil, the way Spawn should be. More cursing, better art work, i really like this series. But, $8 a pop, damn that hurts lol, but well worth it!

Although I now see where Sculpey was tlaking about some of the word bubbles getting to close to the spine and a little hard to make out
